Vinyasa fuses a collective power poses with symmetry and intellectual body alignment while empowering the students to explore deeper connection to their physical and spiritual strength with options for inversions and arm balance. Class is set at a room temp. of 80-85 degrees. (Warm)
Vin 1 Sculpt (Optional Weights)
Goal: Flexible strength. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass. Class moves with upbeat music. We'll integrate free weights with Vinyasa sequence and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep and triceps curls.
