Mary stumbled into yoga in 2009 after being sidelined by a running injury, intending to practice only until she could run again. Instead, within weeks of focused practice, she discovered the magic of yoga. It became a wonderful vehicle for self-discovery, leading to better health, strength, insight, and happiness. Mary teaches a challenging, but accessible, power vinyasa class with a focus on alignment and breath. Expect to be guided safely through integrated poses that build strength and flexibility, sweat, have fun, and open your heart. Her hope with her teaching is to share the benefits yoga has brought to her life with her students.
